Caller Name Display

Hi,

When performing a BLF Pickup or Hunt group answer is it possible keep the display of the line info they person actually dialed not the caller information? My users don't care about seeing who is the person ringing just what they called as they have multiple of these pickup scenarios and if they answer a couple of calls and place them on hold they like to see this information as the caller ID of an external party is not important for them.

you could try using translation pattern where you block/enforce a caller/connected name to be presented

but the call routing need to be change where the call has to hit the translation first and the translation will send the call to the hunt group pilot number then
