Hello ,
I’m facing below issue with Cisco 7906 IP Phone models .
Model - CP-7906G
Version *SCCP11.9-4-2SR1-1S*
CUCM Version - 11.0.1.20000-2
Problem
=========
The issue is like when somebody calls to 7906 model phones, they can see only the extension number and the caller’s name is not displaying. It was working fine before and suddenly stopped working.
Please suggest.

Is this for external callers or callers within CUCM cluster?
