CallerID Name on SIP Trunk

Hello,

I am having a bit of trouble in my CCVP lab and I am wondering if I am trying to do something that is not possible. I have read a lot of post regarding caller ID name, but non of them seem to address my issue.  I have a Cisco 1760v router (12.4-15.T7) connected via SIP trunk to an asterisk server.  The asterisk server has an FXO card in it and is handling  inbound and outbound to my private line.  When a call comes in it displays the name and number on the SIP phones connected to the asterisk server, but when the calls come across the SIP trunk to the CME router, the 7970 and 7960 SCCP phones are only displaying the number and not the name.  Is it possible to display the name and number on the CME phones?  On a side note, when calling asterisk extensions from CME and visa versa, callerID name and extension number are displayed on both ends .  Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

-Jeff

If you take "debug ccsip message", and other device is sending the name, then there is nothing you can do ab

out, and is probably a limitaiton/bug of the relatively old IOS.
