Calling Line ID Presentation issue on Cisco IP Phone 8945 in CUCM 10.5

Hi,

I have a hunt pilot with Calling Line ID Presentation set to restricted.

In the hunt group, i have 5 Phones all SCCP and uses algorithm Broadcast

3 * 7940

1 * 7942

1 * 8945

i call the hunt pilot "1" from a 8845 SIP (Line 1004) and every phones ring.

the 79XX display "From Private" except the 8945 which shows 1004 for 1

How can I display "From Private" on the 8945?

Hi Louis,

Have you tried upgrading 8945 to the latest version. Your phone might be hitting the bug

Release 9.4(2)SR2 has been release for 894X models.
