I just set up a new Hunt Pilot for Native call queuing. The queue works as expected from an internal line, but when I dial in from an external line, the calling party will continue to hear ringing even after the call is connected. Both endpoints(Cell phone and 7841 IP Phone) show that the call is connected. The called party is able to hear the calling party, but the calling party only hears continued ringing. Here is the call flow:
ISDN PRI --> Voice Gateway( C3900) --> CUCM --> 7841 IP Phone
Hunt Pilot:8006
Line Group:8001 - 8004
Does anyone else have any experience with such an issue?

Thank you for the response. The link between the vgw and cucm is not set up as a sip trunk. The vgw is an h323 gateway and is set up with h245-signal. Could this setup be causing the issue I am seeing?
