Calling party number shows restricted in CDR report.

CUCM version :System version: 11.5.1.13900-52

What could be the reason?

Hi,

Is this happening for external (PSTN) incoming calls or internal calls? 

When you receive incoming call, do you see the number of calling person?

Yes, Its happening external incoming calls and we can see the number of calling person.
