Hi all,
I have cisco 3905, every time I reboot the phones they don't register, they stay in the "loading" I have to manually reboot the phone to make it register.
thanks.

What do you see in the status messages on the phone and in the console log of the phone?

If you browse the IP address of the phone and pull the console logs what do you observe?

I can't access the console web page, because they are not registered.
thanks.

Phone does not need to be registered to access it's website. What do you get when you enter the IP address of the phone in a web browser?

Hi,
In CUCM Admin, do you have "Web Access" enabled on phone configuration page. If not enable it and then download the log files. (The settings will take effect only when the phone is registered with CUCM.)

I am assuming since it's stuck in loading you will not be able to change the "web access" in CUCM. Just wondering can you actually ping the IP address of the phone? Is it even routable on your network?

In the initial post, he mentioned that he manually reboots the phone to make it register.

Hello Vaijanath
Yes if I manually reboot the phone it will get registered, the idea is to know why this is happening.
thanks.

Once the phone is registered, can you download the logs from web interface and upload it to here.
