Hi all,

I have configured Calling party transformation pattern for hiding  ' # '.  where the pattern is XX4#XX and masked number is XX1111. Configuration steps are as follows.

1. Created a partition :   TEST_PT

2. Created a CSS:  TEST_CSS

3. Added TEST_PT in TEST_CSS.

4. Created calling party transformation pattern as XX4#XX with

  (a) Partition = TEST_PT.

  (b) Checked Urgent Priority

  (c) Unchecked (By default) : Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask

  (d) Calling Party Transform Mask:  XX1111

* other values are default.

5. Added   'TEST_CSS'  in Calling Party Transformation CSS in Device Mobility Related Information of device pool configuration.

6. Checked in device configuration page: Use Device Pool 'calling party transformation pattern'.

after this configuration all devices pertaining to the device pool were given a restart.

Same configuration is working normal in other clusters. But in one particular cluster transformation is not  working. However, in DNA Transformation pattern is working normal.

Kindly explain the probable reasons for this behavior of transformation pattern and if possible solution for rectifying the issue.

In step 5 apply calling party Xfrom CSS in in device pool-phone settings- Caller id for calls from this phone.

In Step 6 Device config page - Caller id for calls from this number check below.

Use Device Pool Calling Party Transformation CSS (Caller ID For Calls From This Phone).

It should work...Thanks
