Callmanager 4.2(3) software kit

in the upgrade documentation for Cisco Callmanager I found a Note that if I want to upgrade to CCM 4.2(3) from CCM 3.3 I need the 4.2(3) software kit. But I only have a software kit including CCM 4.2(1) and a webdownload with the Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2(3) Maintenance Upgrade. Now my question, where can I get (order or download) the CCM 4.2(1) software kit or do I have to first upgrade to 4.2(1) and then in a second step to 4.2(3)?

If you only have the 4.2(1) kit you will need to upgrade first to that version and then with the 4.2(3) maintenance upgrade you can upgrade to 4.2(3) on a second step. Keep in mind that once you are in CCM 4.2(3) you won't be able to add a Subscriber using those CD's, you will need to order the 4.2(3) CD's since you need to install the Subscriber in the same version as the Publisher.
