Callmanager 5.1.3c, 7900 phones and corporate directory

I recently upgraded from 5.1.2 to 5.1.3c.  There seems to be a change in the behavior of the corporate directory.  The difference is that after you have used the directory to locate and call another user the directory stays up and you have to press exit several times to get it off of the screen.  My users are calling people on accident because they do not realize that the corporate directory is not clearing.  Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are hitting this bug that can be fixed by changing the Phone firmware;

7961 (firmware 8.3.2 ) - Corporate Directory screen stays after Dial

Symptom:

In the Corporate Directory, after selecting Dial for one of the Contacts, and

finishing the call, the Corporate Directory with the contact info screen

stays on the phone. In previous version of phone load the behaviour was

different, after Dialling the contact the idle phone screen was returned.

Conditions:

CCM version 4.1(3)sr4d

cmterm-7941_7961-sccp.8-3-2

Workaround:

Selecting Cancel softkey to return to idle phone screen
