We are running CallManager Administration 7.1.5 on IE 11. All of a sudden, it stopped working. We can get to the "splash" screen (http://10.223.6.3) but when we select Cisco CallManager Administraiton, we get a page cannot be displayed screen (https://10.223.6.3:8443/ccmadmin/showHome.do). Any ideas here?

Check the tomcat service status on CLI, you can try restart the tomcat services from the CLI mode.
utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

It seems like the issue is with IE. The version on my computer is:
ie 11.0.10240.16942
Update Versions 11.0.32
However, this is the version on another computer that works:
ie 11.0.9600.18230
Update Versions 11.0.29
Any thoughts?

Yes , i believe you have found this urself, i was assuming no user is able to access the webpage.
You can change the IE mode/engine when you press F12 and use computer icon with emulate mode to emulate previous versions.You can try other browsers as well to see if it works .
