Jaime, Thanks for the reply.
No, I haven't tried deleting and readding the server because it was working earlier.
I have recied alert "No New CDR in the last 80 hours from server".
Checked, all services are UP.

Thanks Aman !
Is there any way to check on cucm that CDR has been sent to billing server successfully ?

Yes It's possible.
When CDR agent transfers CDR files to the Repository Node (PUB) they go into
"activelog/cm/cdr_repository/trans" folder.
Once the file transfer is completed, the file is moved to the temporary directory
activelog/cm/cm/cdr_repository/tmp
After that they go to activelog /cm/cdr_repository/preserve
//Files to be sent out and/or to be loaded by CAR
If CDRs are transfered sucesfully to all "billing destinations" they are moved to
activelog /cm/cdr_repository/processed
So you can take a look at processed folder to verify if a particular CDR file has been transferred or not

from where we can access these folders as mentioned by Vadym:
"activelog/cm/cdr_repository/trans" folder.
activelog/cm/cm/cdr_repository/tmp
//Files to be sent out and/or to be loaded by CAR
activelog /cm/cdr_repository/processed
Thanks !

Go to Publisher CLI and type the following:
file list activelog /cm/cdr_repository/processed
// you will see the list of CDR files
to view a particular file you have to use file view activelog /cm/cdr_repository/processed/ ...
replace ... with the corresponding file name
