We are running CallManager 7.0.2. I added around 20 phones (7962) and 3 vg224’s to a new voip site. When I perform a Find and List Phones – Find Phones where Call Search Space – begins with – sequoia, I only see 10 of the phones (7962). I noticed that the phone assigned to the Sequoia Kit Mgr (SEP70105C5FF1BD) is listed twice. All phones on vg224-2 (10.153.160.5) and vg224-3 (10.153.160.6) are also listed twice.
So, missing are the other 7962 phones and the remaining phones from vg224-1 (AN940FFA766410 - AN940FFA766417).
(see attached below)
I have checked the database replication status (RTMT) and they all show status 2.
If I search by directory number, I can see the missing phones.
Why are the phones listed twice (never seen this before) Any thoughts here?

Restart the RIS data collector service and check

I just restarted the RIS data collector service and the results were the same (duplicate entries).
I also tried the follwoing:
On the Sequoia Kit Mgr phone (SEP70105C5FF1BD) I changed the Calling Search Space to another site. Now all phones for the site Sequoia are displayed correctly.
I then changed the Calling Search Space for the Sequoia Kit Mgr phone (SEP70105C5FF1BD) back to Sequoia and the phone listing was again duplicating phones (like before).
Any thoughs here?

Yes, I restarted the Publisher and all Subscribers.
On the Sequoia Kit Mgr phone (SEP70105C5FF1BD) i changed the CSS to another site. Now the list shows all phones (see below);
