When I click on Service Parameters and I select the Callmanager Service, I get no values returned, just headings. If I select CTI manager for instance, I do get values. Any ideas?

Go to your Callmanager Server and start IE from there, see if you get the same.

Did that - get the same issue. Also tried with IE6 & 7 & Firefox.
