callmanger backup

HI

when i  m taking the backup of call manger  the following errror is showing    

Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server or SFTP server too slow to respond.Please make sure the login credentials and path are correct.

Make sure your SFTP service on your STFP backup server is running and that you're using the right credentials for the SFTP directory.

To add to Yosh's great advise, try and SSH to the backup server from another computer to make sure the server is setup correctly.  If that works you can try and take a packet capture from CUCM to see what is going on with the SFTP connection using this process https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-11599.
