In our network we have CME and CUCM, if the call is received by CME from CUBE the phone ring, but if the call by CUCM from CUBE, nothing happens. Please help us to troubleshoot the CUCM. Thanks in advance

Start by checking basic call routing in CUCM (inbound CSS, significant digits, etc) and the DPs in CUBE are correct.

When this happens - I would do the following:
1. How many call managers do you have - ensure that call routing is still possible. Remember, functions such as Extension mobility - signing in and out may not be possible. Test which functionality and which services are actually impacted - switchboard - voicemail etc. (This may be an opportunity to assess the actual impact - if you have time that is)
go to the CLI address of the publisher. Login using the Administrator login. Execute the command:
utils dbreplication runtimestate
post the output
