We use CCM 6.0.1 and UC 2.0.1
We have a phone that receives calls from other phones when that caller is calling another number. The phone acts like an operator number which it is not. Is there somethng in Call Manager I can check to see why this phone is receiving the calls?

Are people dialling the same number each time and getting this other number? If so, does the called number have a cfwdall to the extension in question?

No it is random numbers being called and rouoted to this number. The callers seem to be from digital phones on an Avaya PBX. Sounds like the Unity Connection is is not picking up and there for they are getting routed to this number. I do not know why this phone is receiving the calls though!

Are you sure that the CUC is picking up the call? If yes, then check the Transfer options in the CUC.
If you are not sure about the call flow, then take a CCM detailed trace and upload it to the post.
