Dear All,
I currently have a voice network set up such that some IP Phones are on the same VLAN as the IP address of the Call Manager Express while some phones register over the WAN but on a different VLAN as the CME. All phones are SIP Phones
The issue I am currently facing is that calls made from phones registered on a VLAN different from the CME are dropped after approximately 19 seconds, while calls made from phones registered on the same subnet as the CME does not have this issue regardless of where the destination is.
I ran a debug and I realised that the phones registered on a separate subnet from the CME do not send ACK messages after they have received a 200 OK from the CME.
Please can anyone help.
Attached is the debug output

Hi,
Can you share the config of the CME? I think your response messages from CME to the remote phones aren't reaching. I can see that they are using source as 192.168.90.x instead of 192.168.10.x.

I have exactly the same problem today, have you ever find a solution to this issue?
Waiting hearing from you.
Best regards.
