calls under 800 (toll free number) are getting drops random drops occurs with frequent connections

I have lines direct connected to FXO and i have DID/DOD line direct connected also

Hi,
Can you please provide below details about the issue:
1. What is the calling and called number?
2. Is this inbound from 1800 number or outbound call to 1800?
3. Are the 1800 numbers calls routed via POTS lines?
4. What do you mean by 800 are getting drops? Is the call failing or the voice packets are dropping?
Please provide call flow and latest logs of the issue.

1. What is the calling and called number?
calling numbers : 506777816, 556615504, 551641339, 566945081, 538880922, 559544542 from outside the company
called numbers : 1013, 1020, 1021, 1022, 1028, 9291, 9292, 9293, 9294, 9295, 9296, 9297 and 9298 inside the company
2. Is this inbound from 1800 number or outbound call to 1800?
from outbound

Yes and voip line
4. What do you mean by 800 are getting drops? Is the call failing or the voice packets are dropping?
We have a team that works from outside the company and needs some confidential information every day, and then the team members contact with the Call Center inside the company on the toll-free number 800xxxx
The toll-free number transfer calls to blank extension and when there are too many calls, there is an dropping in random calls
