CONFIGURE LOCAL DIRECTORY ON CUCM V12

Hello everyone

I use cucm v12, and I have trouble configuring the local directory.

Can someone help me please?

You have to add the users in CUCM Directory or Import from LDAP. Same will be visible via Corporate Directory.

Hello everyone and thank you for your interventions.

I add users on the cucm, but unfortunately they are not visible on the corporate directory.

I do not have active directory configure on my infrastructure

Have you set the phone service Corporate Directory and enabled it? I would also recomend you setting the Enterprise perimeters directory:

Enterprise:
 URL Directories & Secure Directory URL (XML)
   • http://X.X.X.X:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp   (Replace x.x.x.x with ip or fqdn of cucm where users are located)
   • Phone Services: Service URL & Secure-Service URL: http://X.X.X.X:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectoryinput.jsp (Replace x.x.x.x with ip or fqdn of cucm where users are located)

Do you refer to the local directory?

If yes, have you logged in to the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal, under Phone Settings ->Phone Contacts and entered your personal Contacts?
