Calls from Hunt Pilot can't be transferred

Hello,

Good day!

Would like to ask regarding this issue. When someone called the Hunt Pilot and one of the extensions answered the call (ext. 305) then transferred it to another extension internally, we can't hear anything then the call got dropped.

But when the call was directly done to ext 305, and this extension transferred the call, it push through.

We have reset and recreated the Hunt List and restarted the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App Service as well, still having the same issue.

Hi Aly,

You should collect detailed callmanager service traces for both the scenarios. The signaling needs to be compared in both cases, most likely some wrong media negotiation is happening when transferring the call which can only be tracked through traces.
