Hi,
I've been struggling with an issue which is:
We have a CUCM 8.x in place. A legacy telephony system running on a PABX is being migrated to the CUCM little by little. We have forwarded all calls getting to the legacy telephony system to the VoIP extension on CUCM. However, sometimes calls hit the new VoIP extension, sometimes don't. Caller can hear the calling tone, but the destination number (VoIP extension) does not ring at all. Mysteriously call rings on the legacy extension number, even though a forward is in place.
A debug isdn q931 was enabled on the Voice Gateway but when calls do not hit the VoIP I cannot see it on the gateway either.
Any help is welcome.

Hi
How is CUCM and PABX integrated.
Have you check why call rings on the legacy extension number, even though a forward is in place. Is your PABX doing its job properly?

I have already checked the legacy extension number for the forward feature and is ok.
