Calls received with identification "@" in the display

Hi Guys,

We have the solution with CUCM 11.5 and are receiving any calls with identified @, when pickup the calls stay mute. Verifying in RTMT not show the Calling Number. Any have idea with identifier this calls or blocked this calls?

Try and inspect the traffic that is coming in your gateway/trunk, if that is the source. Hopefully, you'll find that it's how your telco is sending you anonymous calls. If it is, hopefully something in the signalling then gives you a starting point to block that traffic if you don't want it.

Thanks a lot for your contact. In this firts time I suspected that problem is related the telco, but, as the problem is randomly stay in doubt what debug to use in the gateway to verify this issues. Any suggestion about the command to verify this and how to block the traffic?

can you explain more about your solution ? sounds like you are using expressway C&E and these calls are spoofed calls coming from public internet as B2B calls. if it is that, you can create call policy rules on expressway to block these calls.

Apply the Translation rule on Voice Gateway to reject such calls or contact with Provider they will block these call.

For Incoming calls we can't block these fraud or abnormal number as anyone can reach the DID from anywhere so contact with you provider they will block these of caller at their end.
