Hello,
We have added a new 2821 router at a branch office with an IPFlex circuit and are having a small issue. When doing the turn up with the telco yesterday, they informed me that they do not see outbound long distance calls going through their new router. 800 numbers, local, and all inbound calls are hitting the new telco router but outbound long distance are not. I am guessing that they are being routed via our main office router but I am not sure why that would be happening. I have all the route lists and route groups set up properly as far as I can tell. Does anyone have an idea on where I should start looking to resolve this issue?
Thanks for any help.
Greg

hi.
check on css_lc_int_911_local_id_glob Calling search space if p_ok_ld is listed before p_lc_ld partition.
Let me know

Hi Greg,
which protocol is your local VG using (MGCP, SIP , H323)?
Did you configure Local Route Group?
Please let me know

Carlo,
Thanks for replying. We are using MGCP and yes, I configured the route group to go through the new router.

Ok Greg.
Try to use DNA feature to see how CUCM would route a long distance calls
You can find it on "Cisco Unified Serviceability" -->> Tools page on CUCM.
Please do a test and post the result here.
Probably CSS configured on DNs or IP Phones are not hitting the correct route pattern
Thanks

Carlo,
Thanks again for your help. I see now that the calls are routing to a router at a branch office, but I am not quite sure why it is selecting that path. Here is the output from the DNA:

Hi Greg.
From the output I can see that your call is hitting S0/SU1/DS1-0@ok2811.voip.internal .
Is this correct?
Let me know
Cheers

That is what the log shows but it should be hitting lc2821.voip.internal. It's using partition p_ok_ld instead of p_lc_ld. Not sure why it is going the p_ok_ld route instead of p_lc_ld which is what I want it to do.
