Calls shouldnt be disconnected

Hi,

    How can disable the "hook key" in the IP phone? to be more precise, if someone answers a call they shouldn't be able to disconnect it, i have disabled the "Endcall" button in the softkey template. But still the call can be disconnected by off-hook and on-hook, how could i achieve it?

CUCM: 7.1.3 & 8.62

Not possible, at not least with Cisco phones.
