Hi
I am using cisco call manager express system.
I am facing one problem in the hunt group phone when a call recieved on a huntgroup phone and even after the first agents Answered that call it shows call in queue, but actually that call is answered.
same thing will happen even after the destination hangs up the phone, all phones showing call in queue msg but actually there is no call in the queue.
what will be the reason for this issue.?
