Hello,
I'm trying to use Calltracer 7.2.0 (http://www.myvoipsource.org/open-source-tools/calltracer/) with a CUCM 7.1.
I have followed the "readme" file to configure it, but it seems it doesn't work...
Has anyone used this software successfully and can help me?

Hello,
I have tried the software with the latest CUCM version (8.6(x)), but it still doestn't work.
Unfortunately, I can't find other documentation than the "readme" in the .zip file, so I can't troubleshoot it.
Anyone can help me, please?

Hello,
finally, I was able to start the service of the software (INS-Calltracer).
Unfortunately, the software still does'n work.
In "calltracer.log", I can see this error:
org.myvoipsource.framework.axl.exception.AxlException: Error executing the http post request: AxlError: Authentication failture for axlUser -> check config!
The weird thing is that the AXL user and the CTI user in "config.yml" are the same, and that the same log file states:
[DEBUG] CtiConnectionProvider: Connected to provider
What's wrong?
