has anyone found a solution to enable Email forwarding, CC and BCC in Finesse email gadget.
This functionality was available in CAD but has now disappeared from Finesse.
Deleting email we can do by re-queuing into a deleted CSQ.

I have a problem logging into a new install of CWW 6.1.With IE I get the error cookies disabled and can not login. I have installed another browser (Firefox) and all is OK. All cookies are enabled in IE.Has anyone seen this or know a solution.
