Can CCA be used to configure a CUCM server on a C2951 router?

We are transitioning from a UC560 router acting as our CME/CUE VoIP server, to a full blown C2951 with CME 10.0 and CUE 8.6.7.

Can I use CCA as a GUI based configuration tool, the same as I was able to on the UC560?   Or do I need to perform all my configuration setup on the new VoIP router at the CLI?   Or is there another GUI based tool that can be used to help configure my new VoIP server?

There's a CME GUI but it's also limited, you're better off doing it all via CLI
