My customer are going to move site to a new location. Existing E1 lines are copper cables, then want to procure new E1 lines that are fiber optic.
There are 2 voice gateway and 1 FOIP router. Site has Publisher, 2 subscriber, Unity, LOGGER, PG, IPIVR.
Please suggest if the New fiber optic E1 can replace existing Copper E1 line. Can it affect existing VOIP and FOIP setup?

I have not heard of ISDN E1 delivered over fiber, would the fiber connection be handed to Rj48 so that it can be connected to the GW? Did you check with the provider that this is doable?

Hi Chris,
In case if providers hand the connection to RJ48 and connect to voice gateway, will there be any effect on the Cisco VOIP and FOIP setup?

No, if they can deliver you handoff you require on the gateway it does not matter what the physical medium to traverse the voip traffic would be.
HTH,
