can i fetch placed call in ip communicator

Hi,

You can use CDR Analysis and reporting tool to generate report based on calling party extension and the time frame.

true, but i don't want customer to get access to CUCM to fetch info. that's why i wonder if possible to find a log file that's contains such a info. in local host
