Can not make LD calls

We have CCM 6.1.0 I have a user that used to be able to make Long Distance Calls but can not make them now. The Partition and Calling Search Space are ones that allow Long Distance Calls.

Is there a way to correct the problem?

try to remove the phon and recreat it !!

Upload a CCM detailed trace from a call having the problem, include the calling party number, called party number and time of the call according the IP Phone and I will take a look.
