Can't enter voice commands on 3945

Hi Guys

Please help, the 3945 router I have does'nt allow me to enter voive commands. When I enter ?, I don't get any voice coomands.

Hi Issac,

you do not have Voice /Unfied Communications license in router .you can check under show license feature command which would show as NONE or in show version

Hi Issac,

you might have get PAK key for UC if ordered which u need to send mail to licensing@cisco.com for generating license and same needs to be uploaded in router else u can go for Evalaution UC licenses.
