hi, I have a problem, And it is some messy :S
1.- I have a router with IOS 15.
2.- The router has a PSTN E1 voice Link.
3.- The router is conected to two call managers.
3.1 One Call Manager is conected through a voice IP Dial Peer.
dial-peer voice 3000 voip
destination-pattern 7771...
modem passthrough nse codec g711ulaw
session target ipv4:10.252.10.10
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric h245-signal
codec g711ulaw
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
ip qos dscp cs3 signaling
no vad
3.2 The other Call Manager is conected from another Dial Peer, for other extensions.
dial-peer voice 3001 voip
preference 1
destination-pattern 777....
modem passthrough nse codec g711ulaw
session target ipv4:10.2.10.20
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric h245-signal
codec g711ulaw
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
ip qos dscp cs3 signaling
no vad
4.- Both Call managers are conected each other through a Intercluster Trunk, so they can transfer Calls.
5.- We configure the router as the MOH source, cause we don want call manager source for MOH.
10 -rw- 267262 Feb 13 2012 15:55:24 -06:00 music-on-hold.wav (ulaw, 8000 (mono))
5.1 Our file MOH is on the flash on our router, as follow:
call-manager-fallback
max-conferences 2 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
timeouts interdigit 6
ip source-address 10.252.40.40 port 2000
max-ephones 700
max-dn 300 dual-line
system message primary CSF SRST
huntstop channel
moh flash:music-on-hold.wav
multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route 10.252.40.40
date-format dd-mm-yy
!
6.- Out Voice Router only have one interface to the network
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0 10.252.40.40 YES NVRAM up up
GigabitEthernet0/1 unassigned YES NVRAM administratively down down
Tunnel0 10.252.40.40 YES unset up up
Tunnel1 10.252.40.40 YES unset up up
7.- We don't listen the desire MOH audio source as the follow:
7.1 We can hear them between internal IP Phones.
7.2 We can not hear them for a specific DID (Direct Inward Dial) form the PSTN. (only silence)
8.- Please help me

In order to play MOH from flash to PSTN callers you need to define a lookback interface (does not need to be routeable) and include it under the multicast moh line, i.e.
multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route 1.1.1.1 10.252.210.135
where 1.1.1.1 is the loopback IP.

Hi, Chris Deren,
5 Star my friend, your comment was very helpful, actually, it solve the problem for PSTN to DID's MOH.
But I stil have another MOH Problem, hope u' can help me on this.
1.- Incomming call from PSTN to Local (First) Call Manager 10.252.10.10.
2.- Answer Autoattendant, asking for the user to enter a valid phone number.
3.- Redirecting to number.
3.1 The Ip phone is in the other Call Manager Cluster 10.2.10.20
4.- The user answer the call.
5.- The user pess the "hold button"
6.- Default MOH of call manager hears! Not the one configured on the router. :S
Call manager 1 can transfer the calls to call manager 2 using a Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled). But I dont know if it is a blind transfer (full) or a partial transfer where Original Call Manager who anser the call have to still participate.
Anyway, the default, MOH plays and not the configured MOH.
Could you please help me?

if this is UCCX maybe the MOH source will be used based on what is configured on the CIT port !!!
