Hi,
I'am calling with a SIP softphone into my CME B-ACD number, from a remote location some 320 ms RTT away. I can at times hear bits of the messages but in general is only silence. Call to PSTN or via ITSP are OK.
I'm a bit surpised, looks like when the media is generated by a codec is ok, but audio files are not.
What could be the cause ?

Call to PSTN or via ITSP are OK
Which codec is configured to speak CME B-ACD to your SIP Phone.
Have already hardcode to G711u ?

Yes, g711u harcoded.
I took some RTP traces and noted that SSRC changes continuously, that does not happen during a successful call.
Assuming an RTP problem, how can I further debug RTP ?
