Can't log in with admin account for Cisco Unity

Getting attached error when trying to log in with ccmadmin account for Unity.  I can still log in with Admin to OS Administration and CLI.  I also tried 'set session maxlimit 99' which didn't help.

 

Running version.  Any help is appreciated.

What version of firmware are you running?  If 12.5 you may be hitting the below bug.  Even if you are not a reboot may still be required to clear the sessions:
