Hi,
i have call manage 7.1.3 and i am using forced authorization codes. only the administrator is changing these FAC. Can i allow the end users to change this FAC by themself? if not what way i can follow to have something similar?

FAC can only be changed from the ccmadmin web pages and by administrator. If you are looking to secure phones (like padlock) better to use the Extension mobility feature. The PIN for Extension Mobility can be changed by end-user from ccmuser web pages wherein the user can access.

Ibrahim if you can elaborate on the bussiness need behind the changes then we can have a better understanding of why you need the end users to change the FAC by themselves and perhaps we can advise a workaround or integration with another feature.
When it doesn't look like a easy way to do it, we sometimes need to think out of the box.
