Is there a way to configure what an end user can and cannot do when in ciscoPCA? There are alot of options in there that i wouldnt want the average user to monkey around with.
thanks

Hello Calvin,
this could be done through COS on unity connection administration page however would not fullfil complete requirement of yours. I searched on CSC and found couple of blogs pertaining to this requirement.

Hello Nadeem,
So looks like my best option is to just not allow user PCA selfmangement.
The posts in the forum links were from 4 years ago with exactly the same dilemna im facing today.
Do i offload some of the admin to the users so that they can make certain changes on their own?
Or do open up a whole different can of hurt by allowing users to break different things?
Im suprised that Cisco hasnt addressed this in newer versions of Unity.
Seems like a legitimate concern for any company that has non technical end users.
