My carrier claims that the Cisco 3845 voice gateway by sending a default prescendce level on the PRI trunks for MLPP is the reason I cannot place outbound calls on my new trunks. Can you even disable this setting? I don't have this problem on other identicle PRI's for the same carrier and they claim the gateway is not sending the prescedence. Any help is much appreciated.
Could you get the running configuration of a working and non-working gateway. And also, the new trunk is added to existing Route Groups and Route Lists in the CUCM ?
