Cannot change phone name on C2911-CME

Hello,

I'm trying to change the name and the label of a voice register dn but without success.

the voice register before was (example):

voice register dn 10

number 10

allow watch

name Pippo 

no-reg

label Pippo 

now the voice register is (example):

voice register dn 10

number 10

allow watch

name Ciccio

no-reg

label Ciccio

so I changed the name and the label of the voice register dn and then i restarted the voice register pool 10 and in the logs i saw that the phone has registered. 

The name on the phone is still the old one (Pippo), what's missing to do? In the office they unplugged and replugged the phone but nothing changed.

Hi @RFC_2549 

if you are using SIP, then you need to execute command "create profile" in voice register global configuration mode.
