Cannot dial on one of our Cisco 7911 Phones

I am trying to dial any number on one of our Cisco 7911 Phones but nothing happens when press dial button because it removed landline number....it was working fine on monday,,,what's the solution? K@yT

Hi,

It seems like the extension is disassociated on the phone config. Could you confirm whether you have number configured on line 1 in Phone configuration page in CUCM.
