Call forwarding was enabled on Cisco IP phone 7960, and cannot disable the function. Have pressed softkey numerous times, waited for double-beep, but call forwarding remains enabled. Please help

Try to disable it from CUCM or CME, if you're an end user, you should be reaching out to your IT department for this.
