Cannot find Username as a Number (LDAP search)

Hello,

I added a username in the Microsoft AD as an extension number (username = 1000) .. but when I resync the CUCM for searching this user, it never goes to CUCM in the User Manag > End User

Current filter:

(|(sAMAccountName=myuser)(sAMAccountName=1000))

I can only see the "myuser" as a valid user in the CUCM...

the user "1000" does not appear in the list..

Any help ?

Have you tried removing the filter?
