Cannot receive incoming fax

Hello guys,

I have machine fax which cannot receive incoming fax but can send outgoing fax

The PSTN line is using PRI and we connect fax to analog using FXS

im using CUCM ver 8.6 and MGCP protocol with 2981 GW

Can you share the output of "debug mgcp packets" and "debug voip vtsp all" for an incoming fax failure.
