Cannot update phones using a custom file.

I have been trying to update a list of phones using a custom file. I select BAT>Phones>Update>Custom File and pick my file. My file includes DEVICE NAME,AAR CSS,CSS,DEVICE POOL but when I click Find, it returns 0 results. I have attached the file below, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it display "error" and the reason why it couldnt do it. You may want to locate it under the Job Scheduler.

Thank you for the reply Wilson, but no, it doesnt even get that far. I click on find and it just shows "0 Results Found" I have attached a SS.
