CAR services error msg when trying to restore CUCM (7.1.2)

Hello, i've a running a cluster 7.1.2 and want to move DB to another new cluster (same ibm hardware), i've uploaded new server lic on the new pub and when i try to restore DB i have this error msg:

CDRREP: Checking CAR services status, please wait ...

CDRREP: The file does not have proper value. Better close it and continue DRS backup/restore

CDRREP: Error in checking manual purge or reload status in CAR db

09/23/09 11:27:51 - CAR services failed to stop; restore cannot proceed until all CAR services are stopped. TERMINATING

i've tried to disable all CAR related services but no way.Do i need to have also DLU lic before doing the restore ?

Looks like you are running into CSCtd50486. I have the same problem on 7.1(3). However it states that it is fixed in 7.1(4) or 8.x depending on how you read it. These are not yet available for download. I am trying to do a manual purge of the CAD data to see if that takes care of it. I will re-post it it fixes it.
