Hello Guys,
I am new to voice, basically a routing switching guy. I have a phone that has Dedicated DID 877 from PRI and a dedicated voice mail number 800xxxxxxx from carrier.
We have main phone which is 872.
Issue is when I call 877 phone from my office phone or cell if the call is not answered it goes to voicemail number 800xxxxxxx but when I hear the voicemail it says the source is MAIN phone number not my cell or office #.
Below is the config. Can you please help me out here.
