Hi all dear friends. I have a problem, since three weeks ago, the call records stop writing in CDR database and when I inspect the configuration i found that in SYSTEM->SERVICE PARAMETERS->CDR UNIC PATH->//CCM_IP/CDR was an unknow IP address, my question is if this change is because a bug or something else.
Thanks a lot guys.

you can change that to send the flat files to a different server, maybe a billing server
if not, then change it to default

Thanks for your reply, but with the incorrect CDR UNIC PATH i lost three weeks of call records, is it possible to recover those call record files?, what about the files located in C:/Programas Files/Cisco/CDR?.
Thanks again dear friends

if they are there then you could try moving them from failed to CDR folder, if they're not there there is no way to get back the info
