CCM 4.1(3) with CER7.01

I'm getting an error with the JTAPI user in the CER 7 logs:

ERROR:com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Unable to create provider -- bad login or password. for - X.X.X.X

Customer has CCM 4.1(3) and CER 7.01.

In CCM there's no where for a password in the user page for the CER user only PIN. The documentation for CER 7 shows version 4.2 and 4.3 is supported, however the Release notes for CER 7 show CCM version 4.1 will work. How do I get the CER user in CCM a password in order to communicate with CER 7. Is CCM version 4.1 supported in CER 7?

If you do not have an option to change the password that means you are AD integrated and need to change it in Active Directory.
