I have a LDAP integration between Cisco CallManager 5.1 and Microsoft Active Directory.
The user web page work with any users but don't work with others (with same config). Error "Session failed. Try again."
There are some trace where they can verify that the request of the user LDAP is working?
The DirSync Trace show the users synchronization, but don't show any error between CallManager and AD.

Are the End Users belonging to "End User" group?

Yes,
All users belong to the User Group.

Are they on the same Organisation Unit on AD ?
Are they include on the critera searches?
